Our featured guests have just returned from Standing Rock. Gina Petry of Radical Women and Patrick Burns of the Freedom Socialist Party. Gina is a queer activist and the organizer for Radical Women - Seattle chapter. She led a campaign against budget cuts in Washington State that were impacting women and children; she has also been part of efforts to stop a rent-raising proposal on public housing as well as campaigns for LGBTQ rights and reproductive justice. Gina represented Radical Women at Standing Rock where she met and interviewed several women and youth leaders.
