Long Island native and bastard child of Laurel Canyon, Roger Street Friedman, joins us to discuss his brand new recording Love Hope Trust, a collaboration with the producing team of Larry Campbell and Justin Guip.

Roger and Larry play along with Jason Crosby, Gil Goldstein, Theresa Williams, Lucy Kaplansky, Jim Toscano and Matthew Schneider. Love Hope Trust is a wonderful collection of relevant songwriting with a stylistically diverse range of melodic content.

This conversation includes Roger describing his working relationship with Larry and Justin, the songwriting cycle, finding inspiration and being a husband and father.
