Phil is the former Treasurer of the State of Calif., who last month concluded an 18-month stint as Chairman of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission. In late January the Commission published its findings – the first official government report on what caused the crisis. http://www.fcic.gov EIB will explore the committees findings and again ask the question: “why is no one in jail for this”?

We will also hear from J. David Gray – our resident scribe – for another segment of our SYNERGY project. My image “Red and Black” inspired David’s essay. be sure to view the image at http://tinyurl.com/lvgvsr or http://www.jimlynchphotography.com David’s other writings can be found at http://word-smith.typepad.com/wordsmith
