Mathias Grassow memorial tribute part 2 of 3.
The German ambient innovator who created a distinct personal sound using the electronic drone as his primary musical focus died 8/13/25 in a tragic drowning accident. His music often has a meditative, emotional and spiritual context, which induces deep feelings of introspection in listeners. Despite his music having no commercial potential he released a staggering amount of music throughout his forty five year career. This morning our Time Suspended segment will be expanded to the second half of our show featuring collaborations Mathias recorded with Klaus Wiese, Alio Die, Marcel Trenton and Tomas Weiss for Part 2 of our Mathias Grassow
