On today's program we previewed next weekend's Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and did an associated ticket giveaway. We also featured some tracks from a fine new album by Missy Raines and the New Hip and two tracks from the South Carolina-based duo, Shovels & Rope, who did a most impressive set at yesterday's Newport Folk Festival. Also we remembered J.J.Cale,who passed away on Friday at age 74.
