This week's edition of Sunday Street on WUSB, 90.1 fm and, featured several tracks from a soon-to-be-released album from Richard Shindell. We also shared some songs from Canada's The Tragically Hip, whose over thirty year career culminated in a brief tour ending with a nation-wide broadcast last Saturday evening. (Their frontman, Gord Downie, was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.) Chris J. Connolly visited with us in the studio as he sets forth to record his second album and played some songs from it. And we remembered harmonica virtuoso, Toots Thielemans, who passed away on Monday at age 94.
