Frank Vignola world reknown jazz guitarist will be joining Joe during the first hour to talk music, guitars and his Long Island beginnings. Noted New Orleans filmmaker Hubie Vigreux will call in and talk about his post-Katrina documentary which he calls “Endangered Species: the ongoing struggle to preserve the culture of New Orleans.”

The Annual Coast to Coast Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS) Conference is happening this weekend, Friday, March 6th through Sunday, March 8th at New York's Hotel Pennsylvania.
