PlaylistsEverything Is Broken playlist for 03/21/2011By Jim Lynch on Mon, 03/21/2011 - 11:12pmToday we have a very special guest from right here in our local community, Bruce Stasiuk. There is no “canned bio” on bruce. I will gladly let him tell you his story that includes multiple college degrees and an exemplary career of 34 years teaching some terrific long island kids. He near single-handedly orchestrated a community forum in Setauket with both the peace and pro-war “sides of the street” represented. I consider myself quite lucky to have represented “our side” in the negotiations leading up to a very volatile and exciting community forum – well attended by the community with the two groups at dramatic loggerheads. We will also hear from J. David Gray – our resident scribe – for another segment of our SYNERGY project. My image and David’s essay are entitled: “Rebels Without a Cause”. be sure to view the image at http://tinyurl.com/lvgvsr or http://www.jimlynchphotography.com NOTE: David’s other writings can be found at http://word-smith.typepad.com/wordsmith MUSIC today from John Hammond’s “Wicked Grin cd.
