Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Tom Petty, David Cassidy, Walter Becker, and Glen Campbell all cashed their chips in 2017 and we've seen and heard many tributes celebrating their lives. On today's show we'll be remembering a few lesser known artists who departed last year. Some of the lives we'll be celebrating this morning include James Cotton, David Peel, Frosty Smith, Col Bruce Hampton, Skip Prokop, and a pair of Sonnys (Geraci and Burgess). I think I'll throw in some choice New Year tunes and we'll hear some stuff off new releases by Joe Satriani, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Franz Ferdinand. Thanks for tuning in

You'll hear some classic XMAS tunes from the likes of Filthy Elvis, UK Subs, Deer Tick and many more. For good measure, we'll also be celebrating the birth of another savior, Frank Zappa who would have been turning 77 years old.
