Omega invites all of its followers, listeners, and supporters of ours & WUSB for an extensive ten-hour tribute of Steve Albini's musical resume. From his beginnings before big black all the way to Shellac's '24 release "To All Trains", we celebrate a lifetime of his production values for many essential albums by many citically lauded artists. From alternative noise rock, drones, thrash, industrial, punk, garage, metalcore, and even harsh hoise. Here's a proper euology to a musical figure who shaped culture and made everyone's lives for the better.
