Rock and R&B artist Gary U.S. Bonds has been a Long Island resident for 42 years and is also an inductee into the Long Island Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame. 

He's 85 years old and still tours. He talks to me about his life in music, the inspiration for his songs and his longtime friendship with Bruce Springsteen. I will be playing the recorded interview on my next show, Monday, July 22.
