Tonight on Friday Night Free Form with Captain Phil we celebrate the start of the WUSB 45th Anniversary by counting down from 2022 to 1977 (The date of the WUSB 45th anniversary) Starting on May 13th we'll play music released in 2022 and each day leading up to Monday, June 27th, 2022 we'll turn back the clock one year for each day. Tonight the countdown begins with 2022 and music released this year. Free Form will feature new releases by Cloud Cult, The Flower Kings, Tiger Moth Tales, and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.
Then at 10 pm we will break the format and have a panel discussion on Star Trek Picard featuring Science Fiction Author Paul Levinson, Trekonderoga Staff Michael Rizzo, and MaryBeth Rikouski, Moonbase Alpha Commander Roy Bjellquist, and Captain Phil. We'll discuss what we loved and what we hated about Season 2 Picard and we promise not to turn into Borgs either.
Tune in at 9 pm with anniversary countdown music starting first then go into the final frontier at 10 pm followed at 11:30 pm with Destinies, the Voice of Science Fiction reviewing Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.
