OUR PROGRAM TODAY will examine the intersection of politics and the arts, specifically environmental sustainability. We are pleased to have two interviews that will feature this year’s “Wilsonart Challenge” – a student design scholarship program to foster the careers of emerging furniture designers in North America.
Joining us will be Grace Jeffers and Joe Goodwin. Grace, a design historian and materials specialist, can teach how to think about materials differently. Her twenty years of research into the design and social histories, as well as the material science of matter, can revamp our decision making process. Grace is the Wilsonart Challenges Director.
