OUR SHOW TODAY will look at a variety of activism and events related to increasing threats to democracy and rising fascism in the US.

Our featured guest is Poet and Activist Erin Belieu, founder of Writers Resist, launched after our recent elections. Erin is the Director of the Creative Writing Program at Florida State University. She is also co-founded VIDA, a feminist organization dedicated to gender parity. Erin’s message to writers is “we must recommit our focus as writers to the fundamental ideals of democracy and social justice for all.”
