Our featured guest is Michael Faulkender. At the Univ. of Maryland, Mike teaches classes in the MBA programs at the Smith School. He also serves as the Director of the Master of Finance MBA program. Mike’s research focuses on empirical corporate finance in the areas of capital structure, risk management, corporate liquidity, and executive compensation.
