Join WUSB-FM this Wednesday, April 23, for a funkified dance party as several of your favorite DJs throw down on the 1!

It starts at 6:00 AM with the Hot Wax crew followed by Gavin's (Funky) Blues At Dawn at 8:00 AM.

At 10:00 AM, Wizzy's Brew will be simmering and Wizzy has a deep groove as a matter of course.

Starting at noon Mr Edison will take over with his bag of tricks as Recess goes on recess for one week. Edison will hold the fort until the arrival of Paul with some (Funky) Suburban Hymns.

We also hope to have some people in from the Port Jefferson Arts Council to talk about the movie We Want The Funk! which will have a special screening on May 4 at Selden’s Middle Country Library and which will also have the funk band Noiz playing after the screening.
