Our Featured Guest is Rajan Menon, Professor of International Relations at Lehigh University. Menon serves as a consultant to several US government agencies involving such issues as the link between demography and grand strategy, East Asian security, alternative futures for China, Indian national security policy, terrorism, ethnic conflict, and energy and security.

Our resident scribe, J. David Gray will join us for our project "Synergy" and we will listen to Part IV of "Rethinking Afghanistan".
