Learn about Fiske’s introduction to flight, service in the US Air Force, bombing raids over mainland Japan and Iwo Jima, being shot down and taken prisoner by the dreaded Japanese Kempeitai where he endured and survived treatment as a “Special Prisoner” similar to his friend Louis Zamperini of “Unbroken” fame. At the young age of 97 Fiske continues to share his story of service and heroism in his book “Accused American War Criminal”.
