WUSB 20th Annual Reggae Marathon

Summer's here and the time is right, for three straight days of reggae music on WUSB!  The Reggae Marathon will feature The No Sound Test crew, DJ Lister, DJ Tony Stir and a whole slew of guests and special hosts as they play for you everything and anything Reggae for 3 whole days. This year's Reggae Marathon will be celebrating its 20th anniversary so there will be tons of surprise guests and performances.

47th Annual Puerto Rican / HIspanic Day Parade - LIVE Broadcast, Sunday June 23, 12:30 - 2:30 PM

WUSB will be broadcasting the 47th annual Puerto Rican / Hispanic Day parade LIVE from Brentwood, NY! Look for WUSB at the parade between 12:30 P.M. and 2:30 P.M. We will be on 5th Avenue next to the reviewing stand. We hope to see you there.

WUSB LECTURE SERIES IV: WEEKEND and SDLK, TUES APRIL 30

The rascals at WUSB are at it again, bringing bands into classrooms and perplexing the denizens of Stony brook University.

On TUESDAY, APRIL 30, come by Union Rm 237 to see WEEKEND and SDLK play live, show starts at 10:00 PM. Of course, the entire show will be broadcast LIVE on WUSB.

Onda Nueva with Felipito presents the final edition of the Onda Nueva All Stars paying tribute to one of the legends of 20th century American Music often referred to as "The King of Latin Music" Tito Puente. It would have been his 89th birthday.

The all Stars will be led by Tito Puente Orchestra alumni Mitch Frohman (sax) and John Dandy Rodriguez (percussion).
